What We Collect & Why

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email, password (encrypted), name, date of birth, and location. This helps us provide and secure your account.
Retained: Active account + 90 days post-deletion
Food & Nutrition Data
Food photos, meal logs, calorie intake, macro breakdowns, and dietary preferences. You provide this to track your nutrition goals. Food photos are not stored after upload.

Training & Fitness Data
Workout logs, exercise history, weight, body measurements, and progress photos. This data powers your personalized training programs and progress tracking. You can delete specific entries or your entire history anytime.

Device & Usage Data
We automatically collect device type, app version, crash reports, and usage patterns. This helps us improve performance and fix bugs. Analytics data is aggregated โ€” not personal.

We may access your account data to help with technical issues, account recovery, or support requests. Only our support team and you see your personal information.
To Send Important Updates
Account security alerts, service changes, and product updates. You can manage email preferences in your settings anytime.
What We Don't Do
We do not use your data for targeted advertising. We do not share your food logs, health data, or progress photos with marketing partners. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who We Work With

Google Firebase
Cloud infrastructure for app hosting, authentication, and data storage. Firebase is bound by Google's privacy policy.
Analytics (Aggregated Data Only)
We track anonymized usage patterns to understand how Glialis is used. Individual user data is never shared with analytics providers.
Payment Processors
App Store and Google Play handle all payments. We never see your credit card information.
Customer Support Tools
We use secure support platforms to respond to your questions. Support data is not shared with marketing partners.

We never share health data with advertisers. We never sell your data to data brokers. Third parties are contractually obligated to protect your information.
