You must be at least 18 years old to use Glialis. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older, have the legal authority to enter this agreement, comply with all laws in your jurisdiction, and are not on any U.S. government sanctions list.

When you create a Glialis account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, not share your account with others, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Glialis offers subscription plans through the App Store or Google Play. Billing is handled by Apple or Google — not by Glialis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.

Your subscription automatically renews at the regular price after the free trial unless you cancel before it ends. It's your responsibility to cancel before being charged.

Contact Apple or Google directly to request refunds or manage subscriptions. Glialis cannot process refunds or cancellations. Once deleted, subscription access ends and unused time is not refunded.

You retain full ownership of all your content — food logs, training logs, progress photos, body metrics, and any personal data you enter. You can download, export, or delete your data at any time.

When you use Glialis, you grant us permission to store your data on secure servers, use it to provide and improve Glialis, and analyze it anonymously to enhance features. Food photos are processed by AI then permanently deleted within 7 days.

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing. We do not use your data to train other products.

If you choose to share progress publicly through Glialis, you grant us the right to display and promote that content. You can make it private or delete it anytime.

Stop using Glialis and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or suspect an eating disorder, have a medical condition related to nutrition or metabolism, take medications that affect diet or exercise, or experience dizziness, chest pain, or unusual symptoms during exercise.

We cannot guarantee complete ingredient information — always check product labels for allergens. Exercise carries inherent physical risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using Glialis and any fitness activities.

Glialis uses artificial intelligence to identify foods from photos. AI detection is not 100% accurate — different lighting, angles, and photo quality affect accuracy. You should verify identifications before logging and can manually correct any suggestions.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of food identifications, portion sizes, macro calculations, and any AI-generated recommendations. Always review data before relying on it for health or fitness decisions.

Food photos are sent to our AI processing service, analyzed, then permanently deleted within 7 days. Photos are never used to train AI models or shared with third parties.

Glialis is provided "as-is" without warranties. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of food identifications or nutritional data, reliability or uptime, absence of errors or security vulnerabilities, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glialis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data or profits, health issues resulting from using Glialis, or damage to your device.

You use Glialis at your own risk. You agree to indemnify us from claims or damages arising from your violation of these terms, use of Glialis, infringement of others' rights, or health and fitness decisions.

We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

We can terminate your access immediately without prior notice if you violate these terms, use Glialis unlawfully, or engage in prohibited activities. You can delete your account anytime through app settings.

When you delete your account you immediately lose access to Glialis. Your subscription does NOT auto-cancel — cancel via App Store or Google Play. Data is retained per our Privacy Policy. You can request full deletion at privacy@glialis.com.

Glialis, its code, design, trademarks, and all app content are owned by Glialis. You cannot copy, modify, or use these without permission.

You retain all rights to your personal data and content. We have permission to use your data only as described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
